After ten years in New York City, we set out to bring the authentic taste of Mexico to our kitchen, starting with one of its most cherished staples: corn tortillas. Sourcing high-quality Mexican corn wasn’t easy in the city, but our journey led us into the ancient art of nixtamalization. Along the way, we connected with a dedicated community in Mexico, passionate about preserving the culture and traditions of corn.

Today, we’re proud to carry on this tradition, crafting tortillas that honor our heritage while serving the vibrant energy of New York City.
